i have been putting together some of my pancake recipes for my work to use as weekly specials. i am still working on taking my small-scale recipes and turning them into a large-scale production. we are still working out the legal stuff and the details but in a few weeks all of the pancake-of-the-week specials will be made by yours truly at all five locations. it's pretty exciting. the ones above we have already featured at our store and they are carrot cake, rocky road with marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, banana & nutella. they have all been a huge hit and they are getting quite a bit of attention. i have some really cool stuff up my sleeve i will share when i am done. yay!
