add into your batter:
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup grated carrots (you can use matchstick carrots but i recommend grating a full-sized carrot)
1/3 cup chopped wanuts
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
a pinch of cloves
for the cream cheese topping:
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
2-3 drops of vanilla
